Adding device fails

I'm trying to watch btsport on my laptop but virgin go keeps asking me to register it as a new device.  I had 4 device slots free but now all slots are filled with my laptop and it still wont play, its really frustrating,

I'm using chrome (not incognito). It used to work a few weeks ago. Now I cant add any devices until next year and all slots are full. 

Can someone from Virgin correct this please

Edit: I see from another thread that the issue has been fixed so can someone from virgin remove my laptop from the device list so I can re add it please
