Added Sky and BT Sports packages but can't see them on apps

I just added both Sky Sports and BT sports to my subscription. I can see them through the TiVo box, but the TVGo website doesn't show the channels and I can't log in to the Sky app.

I can understand it taking a day or two before I can access the Sky app, but I would have thought accessing TVGo in the browser would show the channels and that the TV Go app would show BT Sport?

I have a 7 days cooling off period, and being able to access the Sports channels on other devices is a must.

Am I just being impatient?

I would say yes.  It can take 24 hours or so for all the apps to update with new channel subscriptions, including the PC versions.

I am a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work.
