Accessing apps password not acceptable

Installed apps on new phone but it doesn’t accept passwords tried changing them still doesn’t work any clues of what do 👍

It’s all of the virgin ones saying password is not recognised have tried new ones & still the same also tried the codes from virgin and it still ends up the same
