Can anyone help with the way that I use up all my devices by keeping my computer clean and up to date only to find that I cannot get more than five devices and then locked out even although I'm only using the same device, what a crazy system Virgin has. DOH!

I am sorry to hear your registered devices are locked.
If you clear your cookies or have the settings enabled to do so frequently this can cause a new device to be registered each time.
I will be more than happy to help reset these for you.
