Websafe settings ‘unable to save’

I am trying to block you YouTube in websafe but keep getting a message to say the settings cannot be saved. What am I doing wrong?

When signed in to My Virgin Media go t o the old Web Safe  page here:

and see if you are able to save the changes; if successful then use that page in future until Virgin Media decide to solve the issues with the new Web Safe page.

Hi sammiuk,

Sorry to hear you are still unable to block YouTube access Via Websafe, have you tried clearing Cookies before trying the link or use a different device?

I’ve tried different devices and different browsers…….still won’t save 😩
