Hi,
My web safe isn't working despite being switched on. This has been working up until a few weeks ago.
I have tried adding individual sites but I can still access the websites.
I have also called the customer services a few times now but they cannot help.

I'm having the same issue aswell since a few days! Even try rebooting the router and the security settings for Websafe is switched on yet i can still access inappropriate sites!
Wonder if something is broken?

Web Safe requires use of Virgin Media's DNS and the AS Name result from https://1.1.1.1/help indicates that is not the case. Either:
If the former is the case, then investigate how to manual set the third-party Wi-Fi router's DNS to 194.168.4.100 and / or 194.168.8.100. For the latter investigate how to allow it to automatically set the DNS network's DHCP server
