Websafe not working

Hi there, 

Websafe has stopped blocking websites.  It used to work fine. Ive tried turning it off and on again.

 Can you resolve please?

Sorry to hear this is happening, if you have opted in to having your web safe filters turned on, can you confirm for me what type of sites are not being blocked as they might not class as being blocked.

It's adult sites which are not being blocked. These should be blocked automatically I think?

I've just tried and they are being blocked now  so it appears to be resolved now.
