Websafe not working at all

Websafe is not working for me at all. It will not block any websites and any changes I make to my settings (selecting categories, adding websites) are not being saved. Everytime i save my changes it resets my settings so that nothing is blocked. 

Looking on here and also Twitter it looks like many others are having this issue.

Virgin need to fix this ASAP as its a vital tool for some. At the moment all websites i want to block are fully accessible. Has anybody found a solution?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with updating and using the WebSafe function. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies before making any adjustments? Along with this, if you're using a VPN then please disable this whilst you make the change.
