Websafe not working again

After having issues earlier in the year with not being able to remove website from the blocked website list I quite honestly gave up trying to fix it because I was really busy.

I have now just checked if it is working and discovered that it now isn’t blocking any of the websites on my list eg discord.com Omegle.com

can someone please fix this, I’m getting to the point of just wanting to move provider because there seem to be co sent problems with it, thankfully I now have a teenager and not a small child or I’m sure I would have already moved provider

please fix this

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some trouble with Websafe recently. Do you have it activated currently along with a site listed as one to block? If so, can you try and visit the site now and let us know what happens?
