Honestly I’m sick and tired of this and tempted to go elsewhere.  Why has this issue still not been resolved?

You shouldn’t need to ask these questions of customers. You know what the issues are. You were in conversation with me 3 weeks ago about the same problems. Your IT team supposedly fixed them but a few days later VM is allowing Pornography into my household once more. Child safe says it’s on but is doing nothing again!! This is your problem not individual customers. VM must get it fixed once and for all. After just over 1 month of being a customer I’m already asking to leave as in my view VM are in breach of contract to me and failing to meet their Off Com service provisions. Please stop trying to gloss over this and imply it’s a customer issue. VM are failing to provide a safe internet service.
