Web Safe only works on devices that are connected to your Virgin Broadband at home. If your Virgin Mobile is connected to your home broadband then you can browse protected.
Once you leave your house you won't be protected by Web Safe, although Virgin Mobile does include Parental Control options. For full time protection on your favourite devices we recommend you install F-Secure SAFE.
Thanks for the response but the problem is not to do with being connected to the internet.
When I click on My Apps it takes me to the App screen no problem, but when I physically tap any of the apps nothing happens. The apps should have hyperlinks that take me to the actual apps but when I click on any of the apps nothing happens. It just highlights some of the text but does not open the app.
I've tried it in two different browsers and with different phones but the same fault always occurs.
