Web safe still not working, any update on this?

I posted a month ago , I'm really surprised this isn't sorted. 

Am I the only one still having this issue?

Just to confirm you get the same issue with multiple browsers, devices and the web safe is greyed out for you?


Yes. I'm having the same issue as many others on here. This doesn't appear to be specific to me.

same issue for me as well, seems to be a wider issue than they think it is. no resolution and i even phoned up yesterday. fixing this should be a priority.  

Hi,  thanks for trying to help. However, I'm very familiar with that link. It's good if you're new to web safe. Ive been using websafe for a good few years without an issue,  especially one as persistent as this.

Yes , definitely should be priority.
