Web safe not working

Web safe is not blocking specified websites, and doesn’t block any adult content when using private browsing. With three children in the house, I need this to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Similar issue was recently raised here Child Safe doesn't work if a browser is opened wit... - Virgin Media Community - 5450407. Do any of the suggestions in that thread help with troubleshooting the issue?

The AS name is showing as Cloudflare…I have no idea what that means or how to change it.
