Web Safe

I have tried to turn on the Web safe settings which is free with my package but it just wont let me.

I found so explicit material on an 11yr olds phone and this can't happen again.

Re: Web Safe

Get your own router with 1Gb ports with the hub in modem mode and use the following DNS
Malware and Adult Content
Primary DNS: 1.1.1.3
Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.3
or open DNS

Re: Web Safe

Can you browse to https://nordvpn.com when on your home network? Yes, then Web Safe is on otherwise post back here to have the issue flagged to the forum team.

If the child's device can be configured to stop its settings from being changed and apps being installed (i,e, parental controls)  then making sure its network connections are configured to use the DNS settings suggested by legacy1 will likely stop a majority of inappropriate content but not all when it is being sought out.
