Web Safe not work

Trying to switch on web safe but when press the buttons it says sorry the changes you made were not saved please try again. 

Tried on different computers and phones - still not work

When signed in does the issue still occur if you go to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings?
