Web safe is set to Child Safe and additional categories. However, porn websites and inappropriate images (VERY inappropriate) can still be accessed on my child's computer. Yes, he is on the virgin wifi. Please can someone help?

Is the device configured to use Virgin Media's DNS? To check this, from the child's device:

• go to 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver
• What value is shown for the AS Name

If AS Name is not Virgin Media:then check DNS settings:have not been overridden on device and/or third-party router
