Hi, I can't seem to turn on Web Safe. When I go to the settings page and click to turn on, I get the message " Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"
Can somone advise on a solution?

Does the issue persist when using your browser's Incognito / Private mode?

Issue has been flagged to the forum team. In the meantime can you confirm the AS Name value reported when you visit https://1.1.1.1/help is Virgin Media?
FYI Web Safe requires the use of Virgin Media's DNS
