Unable to turn on Child Safe

I am unable to turn on Child Safe.

I am trying to turn on Child Safe using slide button here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/security

I get the error: "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

All other searches end in an attempt to get me to pay for Virgin Media Internet Security’ powered by F-Secure. I just want to turn on the standard Child Safe functionality.
