Safe search turned on. Still receiving adult content

I've tried everything, rang up, online chat. Everything is ticked off.  How do I stop adult content streaming into my house?

Are you able to browse to a VPN site, for example, https://www.expressvpn.com?

Can you post a redacted screenshot of the Web Safe page?
