With Web Safe off are you able to browse to a VPN site (by default these are blocked), for example https://expressvpn.com?

• Yes, then Web Safe is off as expected
• No, then Web Safe is still on. Post back here to have issue flagged to the forum team

Not solved. I rang them and they turned it off but I still can't access my account or settings.
