Parental controls - can't block specific website

I want to block a specific website, which does not seem to be covered by Child Safe even though I think it should be (it deals entirely with suicide and suicide methods.) I've turned on Child Safe and can still access the site. When I enter the url as an option for blocking specific sites, I get a message saying "Please enter valid website address" and it is not added. The site address is https://sanctioned-suicide.net/

Why can't I add and block this site? Is there a way of doing it?

Any help appreciated!

The issue of hyphened domain names being rejected by Child Safe is know; it is a surprise (not the good kind) that it remains unfixed. To workaround the issue ,once signed in, go to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings and block sanctioned-suicide.net there

FYI: consider reporting site here https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/websafe/feedback
