I have a full LPA for my parents, I have all their account details apart from the memorable word on the account. This was set up by my father a number of years ago and he is now 86 and his memory is fading. He does not have a clue as to what it might be (if only there was a clue associated with it we might have more of an idea) and I have tried many of the things we thought it might be but with no success. I myself have a VM account and full access to my parents account so if someone can help me, it would be most appreciated. I do not want to register a new email address for their access to the VM account as this would just confuse them even more so if it is possible to change it in some background way, that would certainly be easier. I can of course supply full security information to help process this if possible. Here is hoping someone can help . . all roads lead to a memorable word!
