Can you please confirm if the child safe is currently showing as off or on?
I've attempted to switch the child safe on for you, but I'm not convinced this was successful and it may require an IT ticket
I have returned from Holiday and turned the hub off and on. The problem is persisting. The child safe function switches off abruptly. I need to get this sorted please. It has been going on too long.

We would like to help with this. At this point as David advised it is likely an IT Ticket is needed.
