I am very sorry to hear you're having some issues blocking certain websites. May I ask what it is that you're doing exactly in an effort to block them, and at what point in the process that error message appears?

I am simply trying to block the websites which I don't want but after adding the blockme.com sites and click on the apply button I am getting this message

The Community Forums do not support videos I'm afraid. Is it just the one website you're having trouble adding to the block list? Or are you having issues with multiple different URLs?
Also, have you tried using our website on a different browser to see if that helps?

Thanks, Beth, I am a Mac user so always prefer to use the Safari browser and it was working on the Safari before but seems a recent software update failed to run on the Safari. Virgin software needs to be tested across all the browsers.

Does the issue occur when using Safari's Private mode? if not then clearing the browser's data cache should resolve the issue however be aware that doing so may mean:
you have to re-sign into services that were active / in use
initial loading of some sites maybe noticeably longer
site specific customisation may need to be reapplied
