Hub 3.0 red light

My Hub 3.0 has had a red light for about 4-6 weeks now. I've done all the re-sets and run tests which keep failing. 

The WiFi signal is dropping out regularly too. 

The hub isn't hot and is in a well ventilated space but nothing seems to be making a difference. 

Can anyone help?

Thank you for making your first post regarding the red light on your Hub, I'm sorry to hear your WiFi has been dropping. Just to double check, are you using them Hub in Modem mode?
