Hi, I've discovered that the Childsafe feature does not work when my PC is connected to the internet via an ethernet cable. It works only when devices are connected via Wifi.
I had this problem with my old ISP, Sky and did not know that the actual problem was the ethernet connection until recently.
I've tried phoning customer support for this but they've proven useless. Can anyone advise me one here?

Hey, thanks for the response.
So I used the 'cmd', set it to run as admin and then entered the commamd 'ipconfig /flushdns'. But this still has not done the trick sadly.
Flush the device DNS cache is not what was suggested. Follow the instruction shown here up to step 2 and then make sure Obtain DNS server address automatically is selected and select OK to save the changes.
