Child safe not working

I was sent a new hub as the old one was faulty but since we started using the new one the child safe isn’t working. I’ve checked on my profile and child safe is turned on but it’s still allowing websites that it shouldn’t and they were previously blocked. Please help.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the child safe settings there.

 

I have had a quick peek into the account and can see that child safe is also switched on at our end. 

 

Are you able to let me know, did you add the websites to a block list with the last hub?

The child safe randomly came back on 2 days after my post. Well on all devices except one of the mobile phones in the house. We checked that it wasn’t just using mobile data to access the sites, we turned the mobile data off and it still allowed it. But virgin is one disappointment after another lately so it will have to do I suppose.
