I have been trying to turn on child safe for the last few weeks, but just get the message

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"

Have looked at previous similar posts and have tried... on laptop and moibile, including private browsing. Have also followed the oft-posted link to the 'old' webpage...

but all I get there is the option to sign up to Virgin Media Internet security package which isn't what I'm after.

Can anybody help please?
