Quick question - I had pop up from the Child Safe blocker saying that a website was now added to the block list. Does this mean the account holder can see the website on their block list?

Are you able to post a redacted screenshot of the Child Safe message shown because as far as I know it is a passive block, i.e.:

  • sites are not assessed for inclusion or exclusion on block list as they are visited
  • account holder is not notified when Child Safe or Virus Safe are triggered
