Hi,
We have just moved house and the new service says websafe/child safe is ON but it is not blocking PORN sights at all? Please can you advise ASAP?

Whilst waiting for Virgin Media to respond do consider use of an alternative DNS to block content, for example:
NB: There are other similar services available from other providers. Do read their terms of service and privacy statements. Virgin Media Hub cannot be configured to use specific DNS so each device would have to configured to use the DNS

Settings > Wi-Fi > select i⃝ next to network name > Configure DNS and then continue following OpenDNS's instructions from the Configure DNS step.

when you say the issue has been flagged can you explain what this means exactly? I've been trying to reach Virgin Media all week on their main contact number and waiting times over an hour so I haven't made contact yet. Is there a route to escalate through this forum ? Thankyou
