Broadband working fine, one website apparently blocked.

Hello there,

My internet is working fine apart from my internet marketing website (https://freshpath.co.uk/).

It appears to be working on any other broad band but it appears to be blocked on my virgin media broadband for some reason. I was hoping someone could help me with this.

All the best,

What's the exact message you get when trying to access the site?

Re: Broadband working fine, one website apparently blocked.

You hosting company is probably blocking your public IP.

Ask them to check and remove it.

Hi cyrilan,

it's working fine on my VM broadband. Maybe its' something in your browser settings. Have you tried another browser or an incognito tab?

Re: Broadband working fine, one website apparently blocked.

Sometimes posts like these are just sneaky ways to self-promo ones website and get traffic going to it.

Hi cyrilan, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

I would recommend following the advice of our fantastic @gary_dexter in regards to your public IP.

Regards

Re: Broadband working fine, one website apparently blocked.

@cyrilan Please don't create multiple threads for the same issue, it is against the forum rules.  I have merged your threads.

The VM Child Safe filter can sometimes block sites by accident, but there is no obvious block showing for your site when tested here:

https://www.blocked.org.uk/

It does feel like you are just trying to boost your site's search engine ranking with inbound links from this forum rather than reporting a genuine issue.  If it is a genuine issue then it does not appears to be on the VM side.

If you can show us the blocked message you get when trying to access it via VM we might be able to help, otherwise I'll ask the Mods to treat your posts as spam and remove them.
