Recently, the technician installed Broadband and some TV box, as the package is Broadband + Stream or whatever it's called, and the problem is with the TV Box, when I want to buy any TV ( Lionsgate, Sky, etc... it says error that says it can't be done through the TV box and to call the number. what could be the cause of it?

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are facing when trying to get the add-ons for your Stream box.
Are you able to reboot the entire setup including the broadband? If the issue still persists, please send a picture, try to avoid any personal information as well.
