I have recently renewed my contract and have Netflix included, but how can I access it?
Seems like Virgin are offering something that it is impossible to get access to!
If I click on Activate in the netflix section of MyVirginMedia, it says transferring to Netflix then just comes back to the same screen.
Many people suggest you need an activation email, but how do you get one?
We have an existing premium Netflix subscription and so ultimately want to transfer existing account to Virgin and pay the additional £5 a month. Again, clearly should be possible but can't find an answer as how to do this.
Tried going through the netflix app, but that wants you to pay, and doesn't show an option to use the free virgin service.
