Can anyone help...I can't use certain apps as it says I'm streaming behind a vpn...we aren't.. we checked ...anyone know how to solve this

Some of my apps state I'm streaming behind a vpn...I arent...need advice how to get round this please...they wont play because of this

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with using certain apps.
May I ask what apps are you trying to use?
What device are you using?
Does this happen on multiple devices?
