Stream

Does anyone know why it’s so difficult to buy a Stream Box when you’re already a broadband customer? New customers can buy it online right now, but I’ve been waiting 3 days for a return call. Does it have to be done on the phone because they’re going to charge me more than they would a new customer? I’ll be mightily p****d off if they do. It should be as easy as ‘click - buy’.

Re: Stream

Yes it is a bit of a faff it seems. I managed to get mine by chatting via WhatsApp.

Re: Stream

Do you mind me asking what they charged for the box?

Re: Stream

Hi eb154,

Thanks for your post and questions surrounding adding the Stream box.

Since posting I can see you've spoken to the team and they have ordered the Stream box for you and this will be delivered shortly.

The team would have given any discounts you were entitled to at the time but it's worth noting that when adding new equipment, there usually is a £35 activation fee so this would be right.

Please keep us posted on how you find the Stream service.

Thanks,
