Hi, I have just received my Stream box which I only took as the lady on the phone said I can have BT SPORT for £10 per month. I cannot seem to find this anywhere in the app just a standard £18 per month. Am I not doing something correctly?

Was BT Sports included on your contract you received when taking out the deal? What happens when you try and access BT Sports?
