I am attracted to Stream because many of the FreeView equivalent channels are in HD whereas on FreeView itself they're not (like More4, ITV2 etc..). Can anyone tell me if the catchup libraries of these channels (like ITV) are also in HD? That would be a deal-maker for me!

Our stream box is HD compatible, if the catchup series was in HD it would run it in HD.

I've just called VM to order the Stream box but the CS rep I spoke to knew nothing about it and said I would have to subscribe to the TV service. I asked to be put through to someone who knew about it and got cut off. How do I order this product when I already have the M200 broadband service?

I eventually managed to speak to a sales rep who could order the Stream for me. Let's hope it arrives.

I had to order it via the VM Whatsapp chat. Was straightforward enough but did take a few hours to get a reply.

Catchup is better on Stream than that as Freeview, a lot of the catchup (minus BBC) is done using Virgin Media's premium 360 service, so have shows like ITV, C4 and C5 in HD (where available) and no annoying clunky apps or adverts (unless you load the apps on the device)
