As well as being unable to subscribe to anything on my stream box , or via my PC or even via the My VirginMedia App , everyone else is paying a £35 Stream Activation fee , I have been charged an activation fee of £35 AND a Stream activation fee of £35 .

I am the same although I have been assured on a few occasions the second £35 is marked to be removed by my billing.
