Should I have received a stream remote with the stream box?
I purchased stream with my new broadband contract but have only been left with the little box to plug into the TV.

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. It's great to have you here 😊

In the box/packaging you should have received:

• Stream box
• Stream remote (with batteries)
• HDMI cable
• USB power cable
• Power adaptor
• Ethernet cable
The Stream box is then connected to the TV via HDMI and also to the router either wirelessly via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. 

If you've not received your remote with your packaging and if anything else is missing, please do respond to my PM so I can assist further.
