I subscribed to Sky Sports HD on the 12th December (my idea was to watch Sports over the Christmas period), I received confirmation the same day from Virgin Media. I don'y remember how I ordered Sky Sports HD (either through my Stream Box or via My Virgin Media on the web) apparently there is a difference!
To this date (30/12/23) I haven't seen a single minute of Sky Sports HD. I have spent approximately 6½ hours on What's App, had 3 visits from VM technicians (all very helpful) they even brought new Stream Boxes, spent a couple of hours on the phone, still no luck with Sky Sports HD. In fact since Friday 22nd December I had no live TV service all. Thanks to Virgin Media Customer Services I have been offered £10 in credit, this doesn't cover the cost of having to pay Sky £11.99 to get Sky Sports through a different supplier twice even though I'm being charged for Sky Sports HD on a Stream Box I can't use. I still have 23 days remaining of my subscription, I now have to wait 24-48 business hours, that's January 3/4 before I might get something!
How can a company like Virgin Media get away with robbery in this day and age, Private Messages from VM Forum just say hope you get your issues sorted soon. I'm getting sick of resetting my Hub and Stream Box every couple of hours just in case someone might just get me re-activated.

New user, set up today having same problems with sky channels just stuck on pending, Disney + worked straight away.
Sky no go & customer service said will take 24-48hrs to get back not expecting positive resolution
