When I try to load the bbc iplayer app. I get the following message : 

security error

server could not prove that it is www.love.bbc apps.co.uk it’s security certificate expired yesterday . 

How do I fix this ? All other apps are working. Have rebooted, unplugged wifi etc.  but still same error message 

any ideas please

We’ve got exactly the same problem.

says it could be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting our connection!? Does your message say that too?

Its a BBC certificate issue. Affecting most iPlayer apps except Android and iOS/TVOS. Mostly resolved now for most devices, if not will soon be.

Hi yes that the same message I have. It’s fine on my iPad. Tried everything .. will see what happens and if it doesn’t rectify itself I will ring virgin tomorrow.

Sorry to see you've had an issue running BBC iPlayer App on your iPad, how have things gone since Sunday when you last posted here?
