Netflix still not working

Hi 

we are still experiencing issues with Netflix and the account being cancelled on virgin’s end, had there been any update

Thanks for your post 

Can I just ask if you have received an email 

Checked your online account for the activation option

If that has been and its still not working, please let me know as it will need to be investigated further
