Right ive got a full package.broadband tv phone.ive got virgin 360..

i have a ceiling projector in my bedroom with a firestick in..

stream would have been ideal for me.

but phoned up this morning and they wont let me have 1..

i dont get it🤷🏼‍♂️

but i could have got rid of my firestick and had the little stream box on the ceiling with my projector.

i just dont get why if youve got virgin tv you can have 1..

it would be ideal for certain situations.

like i said i just dont get it…

i soppose ill have-to keep my firestick  projector setup.if virgin dont want my money.

I could be wrong as I don't have virgin TV package,  but I heard the stream box is like the 360 multiroom boxes with modified software.  If you have virgin TV I may conflict having both. The stream box has 40 basic, having less than Freeview and no horror channel, would be a deal breaker which was disappointing.  Plus you say you have cinema free at the moment so if you switched at the moment you wouldn't have as good a deal as you have, hopefully future updates will make them more appealing because to be honest it's not bad, the voice search is decent too but for now personally I think you are getting more from your existing TV and fire stick, especially if you use Alexa and smarthome devices or the echo speakers for home cinema. This way at east you have the option to see how it goes on updates and saving setup fees to duplicate a part of your existing setup.

If it makes you feel better, I have one and it doesnt work on my projector, only on regular TVs.  Chromecast and every other streaming stick/box work 100% fine on my projector but not the Stream.  I'm about to try and get a refund as its a £35 quid paperweight for me.
