Dinsey plus won't open on stream

Hi I was sent my box when they began the trial. At the time disney wasn't available on them. Now it is on there mine won't open it. Reboot hasn't helped and I don't know the 4 pin code to see if the internal shut down makes any difference. Anything i can try, any idea what the default 4 pin code was?

never mind pin was 1234 and internal reset forced an update.
