Changed my package

I ordered a specific online deal as a “new” customer and they changed the order with the email confirmation.  I also confirmed for a Saturday installation and they changed it to a weekday which I cannot do.  At this point with this much confusion I feel like cancelling as worried this will be a company with a lot of communication problems.

Sorry to hear about the installation and package issue you've had.

 

In regard to your package, we always send a copy of the deal via letter or email, so we ensure you're happy with what's agreed. You may also amend or cancel a deal within 14 days from the installation as it's your lawful right to do, in case you are not happy with your bundle, price or installation process itself.

 

Could you please advise if you already contacted us and asked for any changes or to cancel this agreement?

Should you need any further help let us know. 

 

We would hate to see you go.
