I've recently had my contract renewed, my previous package had Stream attached to it about halfway through its contract, being used for the freeview channels and I had paid the £35 upfront cost.
I still have the same package which is broadband only, I just rang when the contract expired to get a better price but I am now being told that I'm no longer eligible for the stream box because it's simply not possible due to the price I'm paying. I'm pretty sure it's more than my last contract and it's just not making any sense.
Is there anyone on this board that can help?
