Can’t add or see TV Packs

Hello,

I got my stream box delivered early (delivery date was today) and I phoned this morning to get it activated and I’m unable to find where to add the TV Packs.

If I go to the VM Upgrade app on the apps list I get the something went wrong screen and if I go online and try it there I get the something went wrong screen?

is everyone else in the same boat or is it just me?

I am in the same boat! And trying to add them on the box itself brings up an error and a QR Code.

Forgot to update this but at around 3pm yesterday I was actually able to add the packs on. Might be a backend provisioning thing hadn’t run yet or something

Ah nice! I’ve had mine for several days now and still messing up, soo called them, but all they could do was raise a ticket soo likely will never work for me, similar to the fact I’m never able to upgrade my package online.

I rang Virgin Media faults and all they could do is raise a ticket, but do you still want me to message you my account details?
