Arrived early

My stream box has arrived a day early. I am already a broadband customer and this is an add on. The updated contract is dated tomorrow. Does anyone know if I can install it today or wait until tomorrow.

Hi @Sirog1967 

You can install it today, however it may not work until tomorrow.

If it doesn't work then call 0800 953 9500 to activate the Stream box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.
