First phone wont read qr code.  BUT phone is working tried on different qr code all ok.

So used the " link apple......"  entered code.  Askes for sign up or sign in.  Entered email for new sign up.

then nothing.

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced when signing up to Apple TV's services.

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing, or has since been resolved?

If this is ongoing, can you please confirming if signing up for the services can be done via an alternative device, and then signed in?
