For some reason under the Upgrade app on my Stream box the Sky Cinema pack is greyed out and cannot select it, also when go onto the MyVirginMedia webpage to the manage stream page it doesn’t offer it there either as standalone pack only with the Sky Sports/Sky Cinema combined pack? Can anyone help as to why it’s doing this please.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues adding subscriptions to your Stream service. 

It should be able to be added separately, can you confirm if there is any change since your post on Saturday?

Hi thanks for getting back to me, no still can’t see the Cinema pack available on its own and still greyed out and unable to select it on the stream box.
